One year

One year ago today i received the phonecall from the Hubs' friend informing me that he sort of collasped. One year ago today my husband hada. Heart attack. I was heavily pregnant, alone and confused.. At the end of the day i as grateful that it happened and grateful that my husband was ok..

This is a photo of his arteries before Angioplasty was done on him where there was 80% and 70% blockage..

Today, one year later i remember the details but i choose to celebrate not the anniversary of him having a heart attack and surviving it but rather the last day of him having a cigarette..

So a big cngratulations to my husband and father to my two beautiful children.. Congratulations on being smoke free.. You are cdoing a fantastic job and keep up trying to be more healthy and fit.. Well done again sayang, we are very proud of you..
